These shells are from my collection. I can never visit the ocean without beachcombing for shells to bring home. Sand dollars are a favorite. I have had the sea urchin shell for over 30 years..from Alaska where we lived in the 70's. The dark hole in the center is the perfect "center of interest" for this little painting.
