Barns are like a history of our country in architecture. They vary drastically from one part of the country to another depending on the purpose, heritage, materials available and more. Capturing these barns in my topsy-turvy, mixed media landscapes brings me great joy and fond memories of my childhood while playing in the barn, finding a litter of kittens, swinging on the rope swing and playing hide and seek with my cousins. Hopefully, this piece brings joy and sweet memories to you too.
