I am a self-taught comic artist who fell in love with abstract art. After being disillusioned with the comic book industry I started playing with abstract expressionism. I spent almost two years experimenting with oils then acrylics and spray paint. I went back to liquid media, ink and watercolor for the last phase of my expressionism. It was fun but pointless.

I am now using the storytelling of comic art with the freedom of expressionism. I am trying to create art of ideas with my comic inspired work. I try to avoid topical events and focus on larger ideas such as Faith, Quantam Entanglement and the two-party system of the US.

I am married and have two small daughters. I spent four and a half years in the Army after spending seven in unskilled labor. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
